Our Story

Our founding team has delivered mission-critical outcomes for some of the most demanding clients in Australia - including defence, government, and critical infrastructure operators.

Our co-founder Kathry Giudes (Kat), a former Senior Director at Microsoft, has led the development of complex software systems globally and sat on boards of financial services and heavily regulated organisations. She has seen up close how a single oversight in risk management, be it a forgotten obligation, a delayed response or an outdated policy, can destabilise even the most sophisticated business.
